Sculptural Spaces Launches to Bring New Design-Focused Solutions to Southern California Marketplace

Leveraging 35 years of industry experience and insights, Ron Frantz launches independent representative firm to address unmet needs of architects, designers, dealers and end users

With extensive leadership experiences in sales, marketing and operations spanning 35 years with both furniture manufacturers and dealers in Southern California, Ron Frantz has an astute understanding of the ever changing dynamics of the commercial furniture and interiors market, and the potential impact of the global pandemic on the needs and expectations of architects, designers and end users.  Leveraging both his regional as well as global network, Ron recently completed a comprehension evaluation of the state of the industry as a result of the pandemic with a specific emphasis on how current distribution channels and product solutions are not meeting the needs of many end users in Southern California.  Based upon those findings, Ron is launching Sculptural Spaces (www.sculpturalspaces.com), a new independent representative firm to provide innovative and customizable solutions to help architects, designers and dealers create or “sculpt” spaces to meet the unique needs of their clients with design forward solutions that also address the evolving demands of office environments today for safety, value and efficacy.

To provide both exemplary service and access to leading edge products, Sculptural Spaces will represent a curated collection furniture manufacturers including AB&D, BriMar, Cumberland, Gen2, Kusch Co, Moore Co, Neutral Posture, Sedia, Springboard, Universal Architectural Products, Symbiote and three interiors acoustics solution providers, Acouo, FabriTrak and Murano.  The new firm will focus on providing solutions to the following key industry sectors in Southern California:  biotechnology, corporate, hospitality, K-12 and higher education, and technology.

“It goes without saying that the office furniture industry is being impacted by the pandemic and we are already seeing that clients have new expectations for their office environments, says John Halter, Chief Operating Officer, Office Furniture Group. “Ron Frantz has the perfect mix of industry street smarts, longstanding relationships and contacts in the region, and time-tested insights about the needs of clients, to help dealers like our organization and others meet the new demands in the marketplace. We look forward to working with Sculptural Spaces.”
