SB Architects Announces New, Expanded Leadership Group
SB Architects is pleased to announce a new, expanded group of principals in its San Francisco, Miami and Shenzhen offices. The firm has appointed two new principals and 10 new associate principals, firmly establishing the firm’s commitment to the future as it continues on a path of strong growth.
Jorey Friedman and Emilio Perez have been named principals of the firm. In addition to providing firm-wide leadership, they direct and manage the firm’s Miami office. Inspired by creativity of all kinds, Jorey has become a champion of the creative design process during her 20-year tenure with SB Architects. With an instinctive leadership style, she has committed to mentoring aspiring designers throughout her career. Passionate and dedicated, Emilio provides the firm’s Miami office with inspiration and leadership. His multi-faceted experience and successful career in the hospitality industry provide a vital element of the firm’s worldwide architectural practice and growth.
In addition, the firm has appointed 10 new associate principals. This new, expanded leadership group reflects the firm’s ethnic, gender and age diversity, as well as the diversity of the firm’s worldwide client base. As a group, they contribute a balance of talent, with each new principal uniquely qualified to guide the firm toward the future in his or her own way. In San Francisco, the new associate principals include John Cisco, Teresa Ruiz, David Louie, David Rychlowski, Kristoffer Koster, Greg Lehman and Matthew Page. In Miami, the new principals include Stefano Falbo and Pinar Harris. Eric Leung has been named principal in the firm’s Shenzhen office.
