Ruth Lynford Celebrates 91st Birthday with Launch of New Documentary
Ruth Lynford, icon in the interior design field, is now 91 years old! Ruth celebrated this momentous occasion, in her usual spectacular way, this time, with the launching of a documentary titled, “My Life in Design, the Ruth Lynford Story.”
The launching event was generously hosted by the New York School of Interior Design (NYSID) and attended by many well-known interior designers, such as Mario Buatta, Jamie Drake and others.
The President of NYSID, David Sprouls, introduced the Producer of the film, Tami Bradshaw, who then initiated the film, which lasted approximately one hour. A Question & Answer period ensued, followed by a reception, with refreshments and mingling of the crowd.
In addition, Ruth Lynford autographed books for Interior Design students who attended. It was a fun and momentous occasion!
