Last night over 150 designers and industry professionals gathered in Room & Board’s Chelsea showroom to celebrate the official launch of  Room & Board Business Interiors (BI)  — the iconic home furnishings brand’s entry into the contract furniture market. We’ve pulled together highlights and images from the new collection of hospitality and workplace products and launch party below.
Key pieces from the new BI curated collection include: the stunning Chilton Bed with live-edge slab, handcrafted Evan Bench, iconic Callan Chair, classic Aurora Pendant and versatile Lydia Wardrobe Mirror.
Launch festivities were followed by an engaging panel about the convergence of hospitality & workplace design.  Moderated by IIDA Deputy Director & Sr. VP John Czarnecki, panelists Tim Duffy of Room & Board, Annie Lee of ENV, Krista Ninivaggi of K&Co, and Barry Richards of Rockwell Group discussed the impact, challenges, and strategies of blurring the boundaries between these spaces and design segments.
