Reilly and Woods Join HDR’s Boston Office

The new year is off to a great start with the addition of two new faces to HDR’s Boston office: Chad Reilly, AIA, managing principal, and Kathleen Woods, RN, BSN, MSN, CEN, senior healthcare consultant. Both professionals bring significant years of experience to their new positions, along with a commitment to build relationships with clients and further elevate the firm’s architecture practice in the New England area.

Chad Reilly joins HDR as managing principal in the Boston office, with over 20 years of experience. Chad offers exceptional leadership and management skills to teams on highly complex projects. With a sharp focus and a talent for consensus building, he leads clients through the design and construction process using his strategic and innovative thinking.

Joining the Boston architecture practice as a senior healthcare consultant, Kathleen Woods is committed to helping our health clients realize their visions to provide even more efficient and nurturing care environments to serve patients, their families and healthcare providers. Kathleen has more than 30 years of experience in nursing, with over 15 years of those years in leadership roles. She excels at engaging and leading people through change.

“I’m passionate about patient safety, the patient experience and the promotion of wellness,” says Kathleen. “I’m excited to have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a collaborative, innovative environment, and to impact healthcare on a larger scale. Following my passion, I consider this a privilege.”
