Conceived, designed and branded by Puccini Group, the resort’s new Seasons’ restaurant and Driftwood Spa showcases designs both handsome and harmonious. Four Seasons Residence Club Resort Aviara boasts a variation of dining options for the discerning guest as well as a host of Spa amenities to truly delight the senses.
Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is situated in Southern California along the coastal city of Carlsbad. It offers more than 200 luxurious villas with all the comforts of a vacation home, coupled with the intuitive service and amenities of a Four Seasons resort. With unique beach town charm, residents can enjoy part time ownership while the villa rental program entices guests to stay as long as they wish. The newly redesigned property features modern Spanish mission-style architecture accentuated by signature Four Seasons sophistication.
Led by Puccini Group, and influenced by the year round perfect weather of the coastal city of Carlsbad, Four Seasons Aviara Residence will welcome guests with details that elevate the natural surrounding elements. The lobby space encapsulates Spanish warmth with a modern play on indoor outdoor furniture where guests can relax while waiting to be checked-in. Clean lines can be observed in exposed beams evoking the details of a modern day Villa while overlaying custom tiles that replicate those of a Spanish Villa incorporate vibrant colors that intensify the playful coastal living culture.
The property’s Boutique spa features a designed treatment room as well as a state of the art nail salon and fitness studio with Yoga and Pilates. Inspired by the ocean with natural l ight, Driftwood Spa is an elegant and comforting escape that allows the guest to take a break from the ordinary to a peaceful coastal retreat.

The new Season’s restaurant will focus on farm-to-fork cuisine with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients. It will be the front and center of The Four Seasons Community. Offering multiple experiences, guests will have a chance to watch Chef Sudar in action at an embellished expose kitchen, where the kitchen counter allows guests to be part of the cooking experience. The restaurant is complete with an outdoor dining area and a private dining room which ensures plenty of space for private events and parties. There is also a barista bar and retail area featuring grab and go offerings.
