A blend of sleek lines and easygoing elegance, the latest collection is inspired by the evolving workplace trends
Keilhauer is excited to introduce their new Fridae lounge collection, a fresh approach to modern workplace design that balances simplicity with elegance. This versatile collection, featuring a three-seater sofa, two-seater sofa, and lounge chair, combines generous proportions, thoughtful details, and a welcoming softness that fits seamlessly into today’s increasingly casual work environments.
“Fridae was designed to bring a quiet sophistication to offices and public spaces,” says Mike Keilhauer, CEO of Keilhauer. “Its relaxed, approachable design encourages people to sit back and connect, fostering a natural atmosphere of collaboration.”
Inspired by the classic tuxedo sofa but with a contemporary casual aesthetic, Fridae’s understated style does not compromise on the details, such as pleated corners that soften the form, adding a hint of artistry to the piece. Slender legs with an ellipse form add a subtle contrast to the soft silhouette of the seating. Fridae also offers functionality, with an optional power unit that can be installed anywhere underneath the seat, boasting two power outlets, one USB-A port and one USB-C port to support productivity in flexible spaces.
Reflecting Keilhauer’s commitment to sustainable, responsible design, Fridae is certified to the highest standards: BIFMA LEVEL® 3, Certified Carbon Neutral, and Indoor Air Quality certified at the Indoor Advantage Gold™ level. Fridae’s legs are cast from aluminum with recycled content, and all wood components are made from FSC® Certified wood.
