Designtex’s Loop-to-Loop platform has added a new member to the family: Pepper. Designed for circularity, the new multi use textile utilizes the same construction as the platform’s other styles, made using the brand’s own already recycled fabric waste and selvedge offcuts to create a yarn that consciously closes the design loop.
Flecked with delicate overdyed black pin dots that create a subtle patterning, Pepper is incredibly versatile and is available in an array of colors that are sophisticated, classic, and full of character while keeping an eye on trends. Whatever the project, whether upholstery or vertical application, Pepper has a place. And if you’re looking for something more custom, the original black and white version is available as a substrate for choice in the Designtex Design Studio!
Pepper joins current members of the Designtex Loop-to-Loop family of circular textiles: Mateo, Pixel, Hem Stitch, Tack Cloth, and Loop to Loop. Manufactured using 80% postconsumer recycled polyester and 20% preconsumer recycled polyester, the entirety of the collection is free of finishes, backings, and harmful ingredients and 100% recycled and HPD and LEED certified. In choosing any Loop-to-Loop style, you’ll rest easy, knowing that they’re free of finishes, antimicrobials, flame retardants, PFAS, and low VOCs. In other words, the entirety of Loop-to-Loop is ready to complete the circular design lifecycle all over again.
