With deep gratitude and pride in all that we have accomplished together, I want to share that after 13 years as President & CEO of Via Seating, I will be stepping down to pursue my next adventure.
Earlier this year, Via Seating was acquired by Flokk of Norway, and their team will guide the company into the future.
Looking back, it has truly been the privilege of a lifetime to assemble and work alongside such an extraordinary group of people. Together, we transformed Via into a company recognized for:
-Designing award-winning seating solutions that brought innovation and comfort to our customers.
-Embedding a LEAN culture that dramatically improved productivity, quality, and efficiency.
-Growing our top line 5 fold while building sustainable, profitable growth year after year.
As a testament of a great company, we achieved this not only during times of prosperity but also through periods of challenge—including the pandemic and unprecedented supply chain disruptions.
Equally meaningful has been the opportunity to build lasting relationships with dealers, designers, end users, our loyal suppliers, and even competitors. This is a truly unique industry—one that thrives on relationships and collaboration—and I will always treasure the friendships, trust, and partnerships built along the way.
To everyone at Via, to our representatives, and to our valued customers: thank you. You are the reason we have built something so special, and I could not be prouder of what we have accomplished together.
