Emma Lazarus
Since joining TPG in 2014, Emma Lazarus has built deep expertise in the strategic front-end of workplace planning. Leading the firm’s programming, planning, and workplace strategy practice, she serves as the first point of contact for clients, guiding organizations through the earliest and most critical phases of their projects. Working with large corporate and institutional clients across finance, legal, public relations, and sports and entertainment, Emma supports corporate headquarters, restacks, and consolidations by translating business objectives into clear, actionable spatial strategies.
Previously a Senior Associate, Lazarus brings clarity to complex challenges, blending qualitative insight with data-driven analysis to support confident real estate decision-making. Part strategist and part storyteller, she transformed metrics, benchmarks, and workplace trends into compelling narratives that established a strong foundation for design. Her impressive client list includes Associated Press, McCann Worldgroup, Cohen & Steers, Macmillan, and National Hockey League.
Jeffrey Mitcheltree
Jeffrey Mitcheltree brings more than 20 years of experience in the architecture and design industry to his work at TPG Architecture, where he is known for providing strong process leadership across complex projects. Collaborative by nature, Mitcheltree excels at prioritizing the right tasks at the right time, ensuring the full project team – from end users to consultants and construction partners – is aligned and engaged before advancing to the next phase.
Previously a Senior Associate, he led projects with a clear focus on the end goal, coordinating design and technical teams to deliver beautifully designed, strategic solutions that stay on schedule and on budget for clients in legal, fashion and apparel, financial services, insurance, real estate, media, development, and nonprofit sectors. His project experience includes work for Boston Properties, Beveridge & Diamond, Octagon, Sompo International, and CohnReznick.
Jennifer O’Meara
Jennifer O’Meara began her career at TPG in 2004 as an Associate and returned in 2015, building a career marked by over 13 years of growth and leadership within the firm. With more than 28 years of experience in commercial interiors, she is known for her precision, consistency, and ability to guide projects from inception through execution. Previously serving as Senior Associate, O’Meara led all aspects of project design and delivery, coordinating with consultants and vendors while mentoring junior staff.
In her new role, she will continue to lead projects with a client-focused approach, providing guidance and organization for multifaceted initiatives by translating competing priorities into actionable plans, setting clear expectations, and fostering collaboration across teams. Her client roster includes Lexington Partners, Vanbarton Group, and Silverstein Properties.
As Managing Associates, Mitcheltree, Lazarus, and O’Meara will expand their influence across TPG’s team-of-teams structure, strengthening client relationships and trust while delivering holistic, innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes, supporting operational success, enabling strategic growth, and fostering long-term partnerships.
