With Gary serving as CEO since 2006 and Scott as President since 2016, the change finds Scott and Gary exchanging roles. As President, Gary Nichols is moving from business operations to a dedicated focus on project leadership and client success. This strategic shift returns Gary to his design roots, where his expertise can have the most direct impact. âIâm returning to the core of my why,â Gary noted. Currently, he is leading design for 1455 Market, a multi-phase, turnkey development in partnership with Hudson Pacific Properties that showcases Revelâs specialized capabilities in Landlord Services.
