From Design to Digital Strategy, Emily Bihl Brings a Multidisciplinary Perspective to Brand Growth

Emily Bihl

Resource Furniture, the leader in transformable, multi-functional furnishings, is pleased to announce the appointment of Emily Bihl as its new Managing Director of Marketing. With a rich background in brand, content, and digital strategy, Bihl will drive integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen Resource Furniture’s market authority and deepen engagement across trade and consumer sectors.

“I joined Resource Furniture inspired by its thoughtful designs and commitment to craftsmanship and creativity,” says Bihl. “I’m excited to build on the brand’s foundation by telling stories that celebrate its inventive solutions, highlight the spaces its product line has transformed, and solidify Resource as a trusted voice in modern, design-led living.”

In her role, Bihl will lead brand, content, and digital strategy, working closely across teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence. She will focus on shaping clear, design-driven narratives that speak to both designers and end users, while supporting business growth across channels. Bringing a balance of big-picture approach and hands-on execution, Bihl will guide cohesive campaigns, strengthen partnerships, and help reinforce Resource Furniture’s position as a leader rooted in thoughtful design and innovation.

Before joining Resource Furniture, Bihl served as Marketing Manager at Spoonflower, where she led marketing for the brand’s Wallpaper business. Prior to that, she spent five years at Ring’s End, Inc., most recently as Senior Manager of Marketing and Content Strategy, where she developed and executed a multifaceted content program to drive store traffic, build trade loyalty, and reach a new generation of customers. Her experience building end-to-end, performance-driven marketing programs makes her a natural fit for Resource Furniture’s continued growth.

“Emily brings a great mix of strategic thinking and creativity to the role,” says Challie Stillman, Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy at Resource Furniture. “She understands how strong design storytelling can shape a brand and drive meaningful growth. Her experience leading integrated marketing across content and digital channels makes her a great addition to our team as we continue to evolve Resource Furniture as a lifestyle authority for both consumers and the design community.”

About Resource Furniture

Since 2000, Resource Furniture has defined multi-functional design. It specializes in transforming, multi-purpose, and space-maximizing furniture that solves some of the most common and intimately felt problems in the home — limited room for a family to grow, a lack of storage, no space to entertain, or work from home, and a need for greater functionality overall. Resource Furniture carefully selects, imports, and distributes innovative furniture from the finest European manufacturers, including its world-renowned line of transforming wall beds designed and made in Italy by Clei, S.r.l. These transforming furniture systems do more than maximize square footage; they unfold all of the possibilities of your space. Each of the wall beds, transforming tables, seating, and storage solutions offer unmatched flexibility, aesthetic beauty, and longevity — and all with minimal environmental impact.
