Shepard brings two decades of experience in the design community, marked by a unique perspective informed by leadership roles on both the client and manufacturer sides of the industry.
Shepard’s appointment is a strategic move to accelerate Lusive Decor’s growth across the high-end design sectors. Prior to joining Lusive, he spent eight years in national sales and marketing management at a respected lighting manufacturer, where he was responsible for developing client relationships and driving market expansion. Shepard’s expertise spans the most demanding segments of the market, including high-end residential, commercial, and luxury hospitality projects.
