Reporting to Piero Gandini, Executive Chairman of the Flos B&B Italia Group, the parent company for Lumens, Nielsen replaces Cristina Miller who had been Interim CEO since March 2025. Nielsen brings extensive experience leading ecommerce retail businesses and will oversee the company’s growing North American presence.

Nielsen, an ecommerce veteran who was most recently President of Beyond, Inc., will apply his experience to Lumens’ marketplace model, where more than 400 high-end home design brands are sold. In addition to Bed, Bath & Beyond, Nielsen has led teams at Overstock and Payless ShoeSource.
