Landscape Forms, North America’s leading designer and manufacturer of high-design site furniture, structure, lighting and accessories, proudly announces the addition of three accomplished professionals to its growing team: Casey Bond as Director of Product Management, Michael Dura as Sales Manager – South Central Region, and Megan Dowd as Business Development Representative for the Austin and South Texas region.
Casey Bond, Director of Product Management
Casey Bond brings over 20 years of experience in product, design, marketing and merchandising to Landscape Forms, with deep expertise in portfolio management and new product development for both B2B and B2C markets. In her new role, she will guide the product portfolio’s strategic direction, aligning the roadmap with customer needs, business objectives and the competitive landscape.
“I’ve been following Landscape Forms for several years and have always been drawn to its focus on design and sustainability,” says Bond. “It’s exciting to now be part of a company that’s a clear industry leader with tremendous growth potential. I’m looking forward to working cross-functionally to bring the best products to market and contribute to the company’s amazing growth trajectory.”
Bond holds an MBA from the Kendall College of Art and Design with a concentration in design and innovation management. A frequent traveler, she finds inspiration in architecture, materials and the way people engage with space around the world.
Michael Dura, Sales Manager – Central Region
Michael Dura joins Landscape Forms following 13 years at Herman Miller and MillerKnoll, where he served in various sales leadership roles across the eastern United States and most recently managed the Great Lakes Region. He succeeds Laura Flannery Sachtleben, who was recently promoted to Chief Strategy Officer at Landscape Forms.
“What ultimately inspired me to make the career leap was the collection of great people at Landscape Forms who are committed to Design, Culture and Craft,” says Dura. “The organization’s growth is exciting, and I’m looking forward to leading the South Central team and helping accelerate the already strong efforts as we look to double our business over the next six years.”
Dura holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Michigan State University and an MBA from Grand Valley State University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Lions & Rabbits Center for the Arts, a nonprofit focused on public art and placemaking.
Megan Dowd, Business Development Representative – Austin & South Texas
Megan Dowd joins the Austin and South Texas Area Sales Team alongside Kathy Murphy. A Purdue University graduate with a degree in Interior Design, Dowd began her career in the commercial interiors industry in 2007 and has held sales and brand representative roles in Chicago, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Denver. She brings deep experience working with commercial, education, government, and hospitality clients.
“What attracted me to Landscape Forms was the people,” says Dowd. “It’s exciting to join a great culture and a tenured company with a growth mindset. I’m looking forward to working with Kathy to grow our market share and reach untapped clients using the relationship-building and solution selling skills I’ve developed over the years.”
Dowd is a member of the Austin chapter of the Urban Land Institute and enjoys spending time outdoors with her son, swimming, exploring parks and visiting sculpture gardens around the city.
