Accomplished finance and people leader brings more than 15 years of experience to Keilhauer’s leadership team
Keilhauer is pleased to welcome Shazia Vasdani, CPA, as Vice President, Finance & Human Resources.
Shazia brings more than 15 years of experience leading Finance and Human Resources functions within growth-focused organizations. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive teams to strengthen financial operations, develop people practices, and support business growth.
Most recently, Shazia served as Chief Financial Officer at Wellwise Home Health Care, where she led enterprise financial strategy and operational transformation.
In her new role at Keilhauer, Shazia will lead the company’s Finance and Human Resources functions and serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Shazia is a collaborative leader who values transparency, teamwork, and developing people. She views Finance and Human Resources as important partners in helping both people and businesses succeed, an approach closely aligned with Keilhauer’s continued focus on building a strong, collaborative organization and supporting the people behind the business.
