INDEAL has announced the return of Tracy Baumer as Vice President of Sales, bringing more than two decades of leadership and sales experience within the contract furniture industry.
Tracy previously spent close to nine years with INDEAL, where she held multiple leadership roles focused on business development, membership expansion, and client success. Following her time at INDEAL, Tracy expanded her leadership experience at Homecrest Outdoor Furniture, further developing her skills in sales management and territory growth. Throughout her career, she has cultivated a unique perspective by working closely with dealers, manufacturers, sales reps, and clients across the country.

In her new role as Vice President of Sales, Tracy will oversee INDEAL’s Brand Success and Dealer Success teams, focusing on driving growth, enhancing value, and expanding the organization’s impact in the marketplace.
