INDEAL Appoints John Thompson as Director of Brand Success

INDEAL announced the appointment of John Thompson as Director of Brand Success, a role focused on deepening relationships with Brand Partners and driving long-term growth across the network.

Thompson joins INDEAL with a 40-year career in the contract furniture industry. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales at Contract Resource Group, where he led strategic initiatives and fostered strong partnerships across the industry landscape.

Over the course of his career, Thompson has built a reputation for aligning manufacturers, dealers, and representatives to achieve shared success. His experience spans working directly for manufacturers and managing an independent representative agency, giving him a unique understanding of the industry and the needs of INDEAL’s Brand Partners.

In his new role, Thompson will focus on enhancing INDEAL’s Brand Partner experience, supporting recruiting and activation strategies, and identifying opportunities to help Partners maximize their engagement with the organization’s vast network of Dealer Members.
