Huntsman Architectural Group announces the promotion of 3 individuals to the position of Senior Associate and 1 individual to the position of Associate. All 4 individuals are already contributing members in the multi-disciplinary firm and will assume their new roles immediately. Huntsman brings the professions of Architecture, Interior Architecture and Workplace Strategy to commercial real estate projects across the country from three office locations.

Promoted to the position of Senior Associate:
Jamie Cavalier RID, IIDA joined Huntsman Architectural Group in 2021 and is based in the Chicago office.
Oleg Lyamin, Associate AIA joined Huntsman Architectural Group in 2017 and is based in the New York City office.
Megan Pool RID, IIDA joined Huntsman Architectural Group in 2018 and is based in the Chicago office.
Promoted to the position of Associate:
Carlos Rodríguez AIA, NCARB joined Huntsman Architectural Group in 2018 and is based in the Chicago office.
Brief Bios:
Jamie Cavalier brings 16 years of design expertise to workplace, building repositioning, and municipal projects. She has delivered design concepts ranging from landlord improvements to headquarter relocations for clients including Citizens Bank, Artisan Partners, and Gordon & Rees. Jamie is a dedicated advocate for the Interior Design profession, having served as President of the Illinois Chapter of IIDA and earning recognition as an IIDA Illinois Emerging Leader in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design.
Oleg Lyamin brings over 15 years of experience and excels at translating design vision into high-performing solutions, including workplaces and repositioning buildings. He has provided technical leadership on projects for Delta Dental, Moody’s, Hines, Silverstein Properties, Flagstar, and Citizens Bank, and is valued for his exceptional attention to detail and his expertise in navigating complex building codes and agency approvals. Oleg holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute.
Megan Pool brings over 10 years of extensive experience as both an architectural designer and project manager leading workplace and building repositioning projects. She is known for her meticulous approach, her ability to juggle multiple priorities, and commitment to ensuring every project exceeds client expectations. Megan holds a Professional Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Carlos Rodríguez brings more than 20 years of experience to workplace and building repositioning projects. Recent projects have been for Golub, Loop Capital, and Beacon Capital Partners. A well-known member of the Chicago design community, Carlos also serves on Huntsman’s Building Information Modeling committee, helping advance innovation in design technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University.
