With over 25 years of experience and a strong background in commercial real estate and growth strategy, Szpyrka will strengthen the firm’s existing relationships across key markets, expand client partnerships, and support strategic initiatives nationwide.

“Along with her extensive experience across all aspects of commercial real estate, Katie brings an exceptional talent for building long-lasting, trusted relationships,” said Ryan Esche, General Manager for Illinois. “Her expertise and industry network, combined with her people-first mentality and detail-oriented approach, make her a perfect fit as we continue to strengthen our broader market impact.”

Szpyrka most recently served as Managing Director at Savills North America, where she led cross-functional teams, negotiated complex leases, and drove portfolio optimization to align real estate strategies with business perspectives.
