FCA Announces 2026 Leadership Promotions

FCA, a full-service architecture, planning and design firm, announces a series of promotions recognizing team members who exemplify multidisciplinary expertise, design excellence, and leadership across the firm. These milestones highlight FCA’s commitment to reinvesting in talent in service of its broader mission to create environments that positively impact the people who use them.

The individuals promoted to Senior Associate:

Bryan Moore, AIA, Senior Associate, is a New York native who began his career in upstate New York and New York City after graduating Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Delhi. Drawing inspiration from both built and organic surroundings, Bryan believes in the power of design to create solutions such as reducing waste and strengthening communities.

Lisa Charleson, Senior Associate, Manager of Outreach Services, possesses a thorough understanding of marketing within the architecture industry, managing brand standards, social media, PR, and outreach while developing materials for proposals and presentations. Lisa also supports internal initiatives focused on mentorship and professional development.

The individuals promoted to Associate:

Melissa Milano, NCIDQ, Associate, is a versatile designer with nearly a decade of experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across corporate and healthcare sectors. Melissa integrates her lifelong passion for the arts into her work, striving to create environments that positively impact their users.

Lindsay Connelly, AIA, NCARB, Associate, Lab Planner/Project Architect, is experienced in managing laboratory and science-related projects of various scales, guiding work from conceptual planning through construction. Lindsay’s client-focused approach emphasizes collaboration and precision throughout the design process.

Jensine Antony, Associate, Desktop Administrator, is an IT professional with a strong foundation in modern technology solutions, supporting firmwide operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
