In his new role, Vargas will oversee Avanto’s innovation and AI strategy, supporting the integration of Agentic Dream’s advanced capabilities into Avanto’s technology portfolio and helping to shape the company’s next generation of intelligent, AI-driven solutions for customers.

As a former CEO and CTO, he has led engineering teams, architected performance-critical systems, and implemented automation and AI initiatives that drive tangible business outcomes. His background includes senior and lead engineering roles at organizations such as Hearst, Alarm.com, JetSmarter, and FlexShopper, where he contributed to large-scale platforms and enterprise-grade solutions.
