Global design brand Arper announces the appointment of Enrico Colzani as Chief Executive Officer of the Americas. With over 25 years of experience in the design industry, Colzani joins Arper with a vision to advance its evolution—championing design as a catalyst for innovation that enhances daily life.

Colzani brings a strong foundation in Italian business and design, paired with deep expertise in the contract sector throughout the Americas. His leadership spans marketing, sales, and product development, with a focus on aligning client needs with thoughtful, effective solutions. Inspired by Arper’s commitment to becoming a leading example of a responsible business, Colzani aims to foster meaningful experiences while supporting the architects and designers who shape the built environment.

In his new role, Colzani will guide Arper’s continued growth across the Americas, reinforcing the brand’s signature balance of beauty and functionality alongside a clear commitment to sustainability. He will work closely with dealer partners and the broader design community to further Arper’s Project of Living—a vision rooted in adaptability, inclusion and the creation of lasting spaces that reflect the needs of an ever-evolving world.

“The creativity and dedication of our distributors, architects and designers are essential to bringing Arper’s vision to life,” said Colzani. “Together, we can deepen our partnerships, explore new opportunities, and create spaces that elevate the human experience—whether at work, at home, or anywhere in between.”

Colzani’s career began in Europe, where he worked with leading manufacturers and distributors in Italy and Germany. He later held leadership roles at Knoll and subsequently within MillerKnoll, including President of KnollTextiles, contributing to interiors that blend performance and creativity.

“I’m honored to join Arper and excited to help expand its remarkable legacy,” added Colzani. “Supporting the creativity of the architecture and design community will be at the heart of this next chapter.”
