The addition of both experienced and emerging talent represents the next generation of design excellence
//3877 announces the expansion of its multifaceted design team with the arrival of three new members: Interior Designer Hannah Davis, Interior Designer Emma Olesker, and Architectural Designer Nick Dende. These additions build on the firm’s commitment to growing with intention, infusing the practice with curiosity and exploration while reinforcing the team’s collaborative approach.
“The continued evolution of our practice requires a thoughtful approach to onboarding professionals at every level of development; our team is energized by bringing in new viewpoints who help push us in new directions,” says David Tracz, partner at //3877, “As we expand into new sectors and geographies, Hannah, Emma, and Nick bring the perfect combination of skills and experience that support the kind of work we do—and the work we want to do more of.”

Joining //3877’s interiors team as a Senior Collaborator, Hannah Davis has four years of professional experience in interior design, including work in higher education and multi-family housing. Drawn to the industry by her passion for creativity, immersive environments, and technical problem-solving, Hannah applies a strong design foundation to her work that inspires creative concepts and solutions. In her new role, she will support projects through all phases of interior design, from concept development and finish selection to documentation.
“We are committed to harnessing the potential of our emerging designers and fostering a culture where mentorship fuels dynamic collaboration across the team,” said David Shove-Brown, partner at //3877. “Deepening our bench of experts keeps us sharp by challenging our design thinking, encouraging experimentation, and pushing us to pick up on new technologies.”

Expanding //3877’s hospitality portfolio, Emma and Nick bring specialized expertise across interior design and architecture. Emma joins with a background in military service and intelligence analysis, paired with her experience in furniture sales, which shapes her highly analytical, organized, and client-focused approach. Nick’s background in modern residential architecture, with strengths in 3D modeling, construction documentation, and visualization, will support technical rigor across //3877’s projects. Together, they represent the next generation of designers at the firm, contributing fresh perspectives, technical skill, and a knack for collaboration to the studio’s evolving work.
