Multidisciplinary design firm //3877 announces the expansion of its New York City-based team with three new hires: Senior Architect Julian Sanchez, Senior Interior Designer Lauren Coley, and Designer Lance Parisot. The trio advances //3877’s growing footprint in New York by enhancing the firm’s hospitality capabilities across every phase of practice, from international development strategy and story-driven interiors to hands-on design and fabrication.

Julian Sanchez brings comprehensive experience across the full hospitality spectrum, from select-service properties to complex mixed-use branded residences, with brand collaborations spanning Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG. His portfolio includes Courtyard Punta Cana, Hyatt Place Piantini, Zoëtry Cabrera, Dreams Macao, and the Nickelodeon Hotel & Resort Orlando and Mysk Hotel & Residences Orlando. Recently named one of Perfil Urbano’s “25 Young Architects,” Sanchez will oversee the operational and creative excellence of //3877’s New York City projects while driving business development strategy across New York and Latin America.
With 15 years of experience across boutique hotels, adaptive reuse, multifamily, restaurants, and branded hospitality, Lauren Coley has contributed to nationally recognized, story-driven projects including Hotel Zachary in Chicago and The Kelly Hotel in Birmingham, Alabama. Known for balancing big-picture concepts with detailed execution, she will guide projects from concept development and space planning through FF&E selection, documentation, and client presentations, collaborating closely with architects, consultants, brands, and clients.
Lance Parisot joins the firm’s New York office with a background spanning commercial and multifamily design, bringing a dual perspective as designer and fabricator to //3877’s hospitality and restaurant projects across the city. By welcoming professionals at every level of development, the firm is dedicated to building a New York City practice that is as collaborative as it is ambitious, prepared to tackle projects ranging from boutique F&B concepts to large-scale hotel conversions.
Most recently, the firm spearheaded architecture and interior design for the Fifth Avenue Flagship of Philippe Chow, redefining the celebrated restaurant’s presence in New York City through a refined and contemporary design lens.
