IIDA NY Partners with Acclaimed National TV Series
America ByDesign: Architecture to Elevate Member Projects on a National Platform with Call for Auditions
The International Interior Design Association’s New York Chapter (IIDA NY) is excited to announce a groundbreaking partnership with the acclaimed television series America ByDesign: Architecture and Hotels ByDesign. This collaboration offers a unique opportunity for IIDA NY members to submit their best work to be featured on a national platform, bringing well-deserved recognition to the incredible talent within our design community.
The America ByDesign: Architecture series spotlights outstanding architecture and design projects, with narratives told by the creators themselves. Through this partnership, IIDA NY will submit projects from its members, accompanied by commentary from chapter leaders, to share the stories behind these innovative and inspiring works.

In addition to project submissions, America ByDesign: Architecture is hosting an open-call audition for a guest student or emerging designer presenter. This is a rare opportunity for up-and-coming talent to step into the spotlight and showcase their design expertise. The audition will take place at IIDA NY’s 2nd Annual Career Night on April 9th, from 6:00 – 9:00 PM, at the Allsteel Showroom in NYC.
