She also has an international MBA from Pfeiffer University as well as a Bachelors in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Koblenz in Germany.

Fabric collections and patterns she has developed and merchandised have sold into national retailers including: Joann fabrics, Darice, Michaels, Ethan Allen, Lowes, Target, Hobby Lobby, Calico Corners andmore. Erika is adept at developing and maintaining brands. Brands she has worked with include: Waverly, Tommy Bahama, Ellen Degeneres, Colonial Williamsburg, Kelly Ripa Home, HGTV Home, Genevieve Gorder, and the Novogratz. Erika is a member of IFDA NY.

David Santiago is an award winning designer and owner of Casa Santi Interior Design. His Strictly Santi trademark was created in 2018 and since, David launched a lighting collection with American Brass & Crystal Lighting, a wallpaper collection entitled The Passport Collection, catering to hospitality and residential markets with Bijou wallcoverings. David is known as the “Prince of Wallpaper” highlighting his ability to master the art of wallpaper application on every project. David is acknowledged by High Point and Dallas Markets Authorities as an influencer within the Home Furnishings Industry. He is the 2021 President of the NY Chapter of the International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDANY), He also serves on charity committees for The Bailey House . David continues to grow as a brand ambassador and give back through the media platforms as a design and lifestyle correspondent for “The Donna Drake Show” on CBS NY and guest designer on the NBC hit television series “George To The Rescue”.
