Cue the Applause…
Jamie Stern Furniture, Carpet, Leather & Fabric is excited to announce the winners of its 5th Annual Rug Design Contest.
Four Regional Grand Prize Winners were selected by a panel of judges from the interior design community. Original designs by Caren Glenn, Alan Fan, Travis Norville and Morgane Rossin will be brought to life as beautiful area rugs made of 100% New Zealand wool. Additionally, two runners-up from each of the four regions will receive a 3×5 mini-rug of their designs.
“We would like to thank all of the talented interior designers who submitted an original design to the 5th Annual Jamie Stern Rug Design Contest,” said Jamie Stern, Founder of Jamie Stern Furniture, Carpet, Leather & Fabric. “Your contributions made for an exciting month. We received an overwhelming number of entries that exceeded all previous contests. This just keeps growing and we find ourselves amazed at the artistry, creativity and originality on display in the designs we received.”
The contest was judged by Melissa Panara, Design Director at IA Interior Architects, Janice Mok, a Senior Designer at Rockwell Group and Nicole Fahey, a Managing Partner at Ariel Fox Design.
