Meadows Office Interiors Hires Jennifer Bettencourt as Director of Customer Experience

Meadows Office Interiors is pleased to announce Jennifer Bettencourt has joined the team as Director of Customer Experience, a newly created position that will be responsible for maintaining long-term, post-sales relationships with Meadows’ existing clients.

Bettencourt will focus on premier global accounts, becoming a trusted adviser and working to maximize revenue for Meadows.  She will consult with Meadows sales leads and account managers to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively, while identifying future sales opportunities. Bettencourt will also train team members on customer service best practices and business etiquette to further the Meadows service promise.

Bettencourt began her career at Putnam Investments and served as Vice President, Manager Space Planning and Design.  She transitioned to Liberty Mutual Insurance, working as both a Design Project Manager and Senior Office Services Manager.  For the past five years, Bettencourt served as Senior Space Planning Manager with Santander Global Facilities.

Bettencourt will maintain offices in New York City and Boston, Massachusetts. She started with Meadows on June 12th.
