Marlene Liriano Joins IA Interior Architects as Managing Director of Miami Office

2016.0229.Re-S.Marlene LirianoThe executive leadership of IA Interior Architects is pleased to announce that Marlene Liriano IIDA, LEED AP ID+C has joined the firm as Managing Director of the Miami office. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, most of which has been in the Florida market, Marlene’s primary focus will be on the development of IA’s presence in Miami and surrounding areas.

Most recently, Marlene was a Principal and Vice President of HOK’s Miami office. Prior to HOK, Marlene was a Principal and Interior Design Director at Perkins + Will for 12 years. Her work has promoted thought leadership and has resulted in multiple design awards, publications and numerous long-term client accounts. She has recently been elected as the IIDA Global President for 2016-2017. The Miami Chapter of the American Institute of Architects honored her with the Interior Designer of the Year Award for her excellence in leadership and notable architecture and interior design.
