Since 2017, a new generation of leadership at Mancini Duffy has been radically changing the architecture and design industry through tech-first innovation. This evolution continues with the addition of Jessica Mann-Amato, IIDA, LEED AP, a principal at Mancini, being named its newest shareholder. With over 20 years of extensive client-focused design experience, Mann-Amato joins shareholders Christian Giordano, Scott Harrell, William Mandara Jr., and Bolanle Williams-Olley with a shared vision of propelling the firm into the future with a tech-driven approach and recalibration of the 100-plus-year-old firm.
âSince joining the firm last year, Jessica has been pivotal in taking the design side of our business to the next level. In 2019, Mann-Amato joined Mancini as principal and has been instrumental in fully integrating technology into all phases of the design process to immerse Manciniâs clients from the inception of the project. As a shareholder, she aims to continue to evolve Manciniâs interactive 360 Design process and make it even more efficient for the firmâs clients.
