Maison Sarah Lavoine creates its contract division and places itself at the service of professionals from all sectors (architects, decorators, offices, real estate promotions, hotels, restaurants and events) offering the house’s catalogue to the personalization of projects.
2019 marks the B2B deployment:
A natural commitment to an omnichannel business
With the brand’s experience with individuals and companies for over 10 years, Maison Sarah Lavoine is developing its business among professional customers who are already seeking the brand. Maison Sarah Lavoine builds a multi-faceted house while remaining committed to French tradition, know-how, family values and a creative DNA that forges its identity.
From interior design and decoration to object design, Maison Sarah Lavoine now addresses to professionals. This dynamic is part of the brand’s omnichannel business model and enables it to be a global company that focuses on architecture, design and publishing.
The B2B deployment of Maison Sarah Lavoine is accompanied by the creation of a contract division within the company. This division works transversally with all of the company’s teams, allowing for real project monitoring and focused understanding of the needs of companies. The e-commerce site is continuing its professional digitization with 3D product data sheets, especially for key pieces.

With a catalog of more than 700 references with already several iconic pieces such as the Vadim wall lamp, the Le Roch console or the Margot armchair, the professional division offers a tailor-made service. It offers the possibility of adapting the pieces by changing the color and/or material according to the desire of the company. This broad product offering, project monitoring expertise and customization of parts enable the company to be versatile on every specific request.

A cluster of activities through production strategy and a mesh on & offline
The Maison focuses on craftsmanship, the quality of each of its products and promotes short circuit production. Preserving the manufacturing of the country of origin, in this case in France or in Europe, is part of the strategy. Tradition is at the heart of the collections. Respect for gestures and know-how has its origins in the personal history of the designer and her unconditional love for France. Maison Sarah Lavoine offers a dialogue between tradition and modernity through their elegant collections.
A long-term strategy that is being implemented initially is the establishment of physical stores in addition to the online shop – by 2020, the e-commerce site will be the first store of the company that offers international distribution in top 3 markets: The United Kingdom, Belgium and the USA. Today, the brand has six stores in France, including one in Bordeaux, a Showroom in New York dedicated to professionals and resellers worldwide.
