Kasthall, the 135-year-old rug and textile company, announces the appointment of Mirrku Kullberg as Chief Executive Officer. The Finnish-born visionary leader and cross-disciplinary thinker brings much expertise in Scandinavian design and modern living to the company and is known for working across business and cultural phenomena.
Kullberg has a robust track record in branding, restructuring, and trend forecasting, most recently in roles as CEO at the Paimio Sanatorium Foundation and Chief Strategist for Glasshouse Helsinki. Further past experience includes time spent as CEO of furniture company Artek and as head of the Home Department at Vitra. The new CEO also sits on a number of boards, including Kastall’s, since October 2023.
