Earlier this May, Luum Textiles launched Unified Field, its second collection of 2025. A playful twist on a classic knitwear motif, Oblique Argyle transforms a nostalgic pattern into a three-dimensional specialty velvet pile with unexpected multicolor pairings. The jacquard velvet is woven in two layers through a precise knife-edge separation process that reveals the pattern’s luxurious, silky texture. Bleach-cleanable and richly decorative, Oblique Argyle is suitable for hospitality, workplace, and residential spaces.
Reinterpreting a classic apparel motif, Perfect Balance is a coated upholstery that features an amplified puppytooth pattern with a woven look, even from afar. Its patterned ground cloth is woven with polyester yarns, then fused with a TPE top layer for an impermeable textile surface. Balancing the traditional and the contemporary, Perfect Balance comes in a sophisticated seven-color palette and is inherently ink-resistant, stain-resistant, and bleach-cleanable, making it suitable for any high-demand environment.
With its nubby, wool-like texture, Surface Level brings inviting comfort and tactility to any space. The enhanced scale of its weave structure allows robust rows of polyester boucle to come to the surface along with heathered olefin to create interesting variations in texture and color. Woolen in its look and feel, the palette offers nuanced shades of dimensional neutrals and grays, as well as fiery red and minty blue, to create cohesive interior solutions for contract, hospitality, or residential settings.
