Downward Dog Before Digging into the Expo
Practice your bridge pose as the sun rises over the city of bridges
On Thursday and Friday mornings at the Expo join Pittsburgh-based yoga instructor Felicia Lane Savage and Kristi Rogers in the beautiful third-floor foyer of the David L. Lawrence Convention Center to practice some early morning yoga overlooking the Allegheny River. Do a little downward dog before digging in to the conference and expo sessions. We’ll stretch you out and wake you up, with enough time to shower and change before you hit the expo hall floor!
