The Seattle-based lighting studio launches a geometrical fixture that can do more
Award-winning lighting manufacturer, LightArt, is excited to launch the Echo One: A smart marriage of their LA2 Essentials One Drum and Echo fixtures, the high-output Echo One is created to shine on a larger scale.
The new product addresses spaces asking for a feature piece, serving as a geometric focal point with notable acoustic properties. Despite being a stand-alone item, the Echo One maintains an NRC rating of over 1.2.
LightArt’s work often finds the intersection between architecture, sculpture, and lighting, and this emphasis shows up in the Echo One–the soft fins create movement with the light, while the starburst shape gives the shade simultaneously a modern and retro feel.
With a lead time of approximately 6–8 weeks, the Echo One comes in two sizes: 51 or 63 inches in diameter, always 14 inches high. The radiating fins on the Echo One are made from 3form Sola Felt, a tactile, high-performing material, available in fifteen stocked colors.
LightArt’s Echo One is manufactured by hand at their studio in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood, using local, American-made components.
