Adam Reeder

Award-winning lighting innovator LightArt proudly announces the promotion of Adam Reeder to President. As President, Reeder will oversee all aspects of LightArt’s operations, including general management, sales, marketing, and product development. Along with the company’s day-to-day initiatives, Reeder will lead LightArt’s strategic planning efforts to create high-performance lighting and custom handcrafted sculptural solutions driven by a focus on sustainability.

Before his promotion, Reeder served as LightArt’s Vice President of Sales and Customer Service from 2016-2021 and then was named  Vice President of LightArt in 2021. Reeder has worked in the architecture and design industry since 2005, starting his career with LightArt’s parent company, 3form, as a Project Manager, Material Consultant, Sales Operations Manager, and ultimately 3form’s International Business Manager. Reeder received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and his Master of Business Administration from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah.

3form and LightArt CEO Wynn Clayton commented on Reeder’s promotion, saying, “Throughout Adam’s 17 years at 3form and LightArt, he has taken a pragmatic approach to leadership and has shown an incredible capacity to adapt and learn from his experiences serving in a variety of roles.”

Reeder’s deep understanding of the industry comes from spending decades in design and sales. He is known for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities and managing the successful delivery of key domestic and international projects while building world-class sales and support teams. Reeder’s hands-on leadership approach spans the life cycle of projects, including establishing strong relationships with industry materials vendors, tradespersons, and suppliers.

“Adam is fearlessly transitioning LightArt from an ultra-custom artistic lighting company to a world-class, cross-functional lighting brand. Adam will shepherd LightArt’s R&D, Product, Production, and Sales teams into the future by building cutting-edge lighting solutions with a continued commitment to sustainability,” shared Clayton.
