The introductions include guest and lounge chairs, sofas, ottomans and sectional sofas that combine residential influences with the quality and durability level required for high traffic, commercial applications.
âWe introduced the L4 Life program a year ago and itâs become quite popular with the architecture and design community, which prompted our expansion,â said LEVEL 4 DESIGNS President Bob Price. âAlong with these beautiful lounge collections we are also working on additional chairs, barstools and tables that will be added to the program over the next 90 days.â

Zane Modular Sofa Collection
Zane is designed with a generously sized, tight box seat and tight, high-angled back for a distinct look (one uninterrupted line from seat top to floor) with uncompromising comfort. Seat and back cushions use contrasting welt details that add to the overall appeal. The block wooden feet feature an espresso finish. Zane is available in COM or any of LEVEL 4âs graded-in fabrics.
Sebastian Sofa Collection
Long, lean and low, the Sebastian sofa offers a substantial footprint (a depth of 39-inches with widths up to 101-inches) with wide tuxedo-style arms, a loose, boxy bench cushion and two precisely fitted, rectangular bolsters at each arm, all with self welt. At only 26-inches high, itâs the epitome of low-profile/high style. The collection includes a lounge chair and sofas. Sebastian is available in COM or any of LEVEL 4âs graded-in fabrics.
Zander Sofa Collection
Zander bridges tradition and modern design with high shelter arms and perfectly fitted double cushion styling. The sofa’s smooth horizontal lines are accentuated with a row of eight button tufts and offers residential comfort and the durability level needed for high traffic commercial environments. Zander is available in COM or any of LEVEL 4âs graded-in fabrics.
Walsh Sofa Sectional
The Walsh modular channels the iconic pit sofa designs of the 1960s with its low profile design, deep seat and recessed wood base. Individual elements create multiple seating configurations and a variety of throw pillows complement the clean, sleek look of this collection. The inset wood base is available in multiple finish options and Walsh is available in COM or any of LEVEL 4âs graded-in fabrics.
Like most of the products that LEVEL 4 DESIGNS develops, many of the L4 Life designs can be customized for specific project needs and are available in both standard and custom finishes.
âA substantial percentage of our business involves some sort of customization which is one of the strengths of the company,â said Price.
