Lesro Industries has expanded its made‑to‑order customization capabilities with the introduction of logo debossing. This new option allows customers to add their logo or branded images directly to the upholstery of any Lesro upholstered product, creating a subtle, high‑impact impression. Selecting from dozens of vinyl colors across 4 different patterns, the company announced that they can deboss on any fabric location – seat, back or arm panel.
This new capability is expected to have a broad impact on the business as a variety of end-user environments are likely to employ this enhancement. Beyond the obvious users within the education space (k-12 and higher ED) other adapters are anticipated to come from municipalities (fire and police departments) and multi-location corporate branded businesses like banks, healthcare, and automotive services providers.
The innovative debossing process uses a heated die to create a permanent, recessed impression of any logo directly in the vinyl. The result is subtle yet striking, adding both a high-end look and a tactile feel to the furniture. The company is excited to add this new level of customization to their product offering.
