Previous Experience
Whitney worked as a Building and Zoning Law Consultant for 3 plus years, as an Assistant Certificate of Occupancy Coordinator. In this position, she assisted tenants, property owners, and developers through the NYC Certificate of Occupancy process and presented project details to NYC Department of Buildings officials to obtain waivers and approval to secure a Final Certificate of Occupancy for clients.

Basic Duties
Whitney’s basic duties include creating proposals, processing orders, scheduling delivery and installation, and tracking projects to ensure that the client has a great experience.
