Landscape Forms Namedas a 2024 Best Workplace in Manufacturing & Production™ for a Fifth Year in a Row

2021 Typology Collection – Tempe Center for the Arts

Landscape Forms, North America’s leading designer and manufacturer of premium site furniture, structure, LED lighting, and accessories, ranks atop the list of 2024 Best Small and Medium Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production™ compiled by Fortune Magazine and research partner Great Place to Work®.

To determine the 2024 Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production list, Fortune partnered with the people analytics firm, Great Place to Work®, to analyze anonymous survey feedback from employees working in the Manufacturing & Production industry across the country. This marks the fifth consecutive year Landscape Forms has earned a top spot on this list.

On receiving the recognition again in 2024, Landscape Forms Director of Talent and Organizational Development, Natalie Jackson says, “Our repeated success in this category is a testament to the quality of workplace culture we strive for at Landscape Forms,” she describes. “Many companies talk about having a team culture, but here it’s really palpable. We’ve built a workplace where people can succeed and grow, where everyone plays a key role, and where everyone knows that they’re contributing to the success of the company as a whole. And because of this culture, recognitions like the Fortune Best Workplace feel that much more special as we celebrate an achievement, we all contributed to.”

To Landscape Forms Chief Executive Officer, Margie Simmons, receiving the Best Workplace in Manufacturing & Production recognition five years in a row speaks to the strength of the company’s people-centric manufacturing approach. “We describe what we do as ‘modern craft manufacturing,’” says Simmons. “Of course, this means having the best tools, technologies and materials at our disposal, but without our people, none of that would matter. Only people can provide the passion, pride, creativity and spirit of innovation that fuels our modern craft. So, at their core, recognitions like these are really indicative of our unwavering commitment to our people.”
