National design firm KTGY has revealed its new self-designed office in Chicago, located at the historic 225 W Randolph Building. The new office brings the firm’s interiors and architecture teams together under one roof, creating a fully integrated studio designed to support collaboration and deliver a cohesive, high-performing environment.

Implementing the firm’s extensive hospitality knowledge, the new office is designed to feel less like a traditional workplace and more like a welcoming, amenity-rich environment that showcases KTGY’s aesthetic and philosophy. Thoughtfully designed common areas and flexible workspaces help prioritize team members’ comfort and creativity, and encourage connection and the sharing of ideas between disciplines.

The office will be led by Interior Design Principal Gina Deary, who has been a driving force behind transformative, story-rich interiors such as St. Regis Chicago, and Architecture Principal Sam Luckino, who is deeply integrated in Chicago architecture, specifically urban multifamily high-rise work.
