KOVA, a leader in building material solutions, announces the advancement of construction management professional, Bob Posillico, to Director of Business Development & Sales. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Posillico brings a wealth of experience within the construction and real estate industries, including a keen understanding of material supply challenges, to the brand. In his new role, Posillico oversees the day-to-day of the sales team and focuses primarily on advancing the KOVA product line. His efforts include broadening the brand’s geographical footprint and utilizing his in-depth industry knowledge to expand KOVA’s presence in the hospitality market as well as other relevant industries on a national level.

Having grown up in the construction business, Posillico developed his building industry expertise from an early age. As such, he is always looking to move the needle through progressive, sustainable project development processes. Prior to working at KOVA, the Connecticut/New York native developed a mid-sized regional construction firm where he oversaw business development and field operations for an array of project types including commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, senior housing, healthcare, and hospitality. Outside of work, Posillico was both honored and humbled to be appointed to the Construction Committee for the Nassau/Suffolk Long Island 9/11 Memorial. He is also a proud Florida State University alum and an active member/fundraiser for the Long Island Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
