Kimball announces the addition of Erik Soderlund as the Public Sector Sales Manager and Jeremy Thole as the Regional Manager in the Southwest Division.
Mr. Soderlund joins Kimball from a dealer in the DC/Baltimore Metro area where he was Vice President of Sales. In this role he effectively led multi-vertical market sales territory (commercial, federal and local government, and public education). Mr. Soderlund began his career with the United States Navy where he was an Air Crewman/Crew Chief/Hydraulics Technician. He has expertise in business development, cross-functional team management, and revenue generation. In addition, he has exceptional sales and marketing skills with solid experience in both B2B and B2G marketing initiatives and deal flow. Mr. Soderlund has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Towson University, MD.
Mr. Thole most recently held the position of Strategic Account Manager for Steelcase, based in Dallas Texas. Throughout his career with Steelcase he has continued to rise through the organization in various roles, beginning with joining their Product Marketing, Seating Division. Mr. Thole then became a Vertical Market Sales Manager, focusing on Government Sales. He was also a Dealer Business Development Manager prior to his Strategic Account Manager role. In 2012 Mr. Thole was selected as Steelcase Excel Sales Award Winner, Sales Representative of the Year. He holds a B.A. in Business, Minor in Marketing from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids Michigan.
