KAI Design & Build Hires Steve Knotts as Project Estimator
KAI Design & Build has hired Steve Knotts of Freeburg, IL as Project Estimator.
In his new role, Knotts will assist KAI’s estimating and pre-construction group with quantity takeoffs, material and labor estimates, and subcontractor solicitations.
Knotts has 20 years of industry experience, having most recently worked for L. Keeley Construction as a Paving Estimator. Knotts has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management/Business from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and he is also OSHA 30 certified.
