J+J Flooring Group Names Bob Bethel Director of Business Development for Education and Healthcare

2016.0229.Nwy.Bob BethelJ+J Flooring Group, a leading manufacturer of commercial specified flooring, announced today that it has named Bob Bethel as Director of Business Development for Education and Healthcare.

An 18-year J+J veteran, Bethel brings a wide range of experience across different functions to the position. Bethel most recently served as Strategic Account Director where he was responsible for servicing the company’s largest end-use customers and securing new national accounts.  Prior to this, Bethel played a key role in the company’s ISO 14001 implementation in 2008.  He was also instrumental in integrating several new product and brand acquisitions, including the textile composite flooring brand Kinetex in 2012. Bethel began his career as a Sales Representative managing territories in South Carolina then South Florida.

“J+J has built a well-respected reputation within the education and healthcare sectors by delivering excellent commercial flooring products and by being a trusted resource of information,” said Bethel.  “I’m looking forward to working with our customers to be a solution provider and expanding J+J’s market presence in these two segments through our Invision and Kinetex brands.”

Bethel holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. Active in local educational and faith-based organizations, including serving as past president of the Dalton Education Foundation, he and his wife and their three children live in Dalton.
