Interface Selected as One of America’s Best Midsize Companies of 2024 by TIME
Interface, Inc. (NASDAQ: TILE), the global flooring solutions company and leader in sustainability, announced it has been named one of America’s Best Midsize Companies of 2024. The inaugural list, developed in partnership by TIME and Statista, identifies the 500 top-performing, midsize companies leading the way for American business based on employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability transparency.
The flooring manufacturer received high marks on the Sustainability Transparency metric, ranking in the top 9% of companies based on this ranking alone. This metric considered ESG-related goals and progress, including carbon emissions intensity and reduction rate, share of women on the board of directors, focus on human rights, and governance practices.
The recognition from TIME validates that the company’s strategy is working to effectively drive business growth, deliver the innovation needed to continue to meet its aggressive sustainability goals, and prioritize the employee experience as a purpose-driven organization.

Companies were evaluated based on a variety of criteria, including employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability transparency.
