IFMA Credential Training Now Available at fm.training Online Academy

The International Facility Management Association (IFMA) in collaboration with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) announced that IFMA’s world-class credential training is now available through the online academy platform at www.fm.training which was launched in December 2016. This new platform for IFMA’s credential training is designed to serve as a one-stop-shop for professional development needs throughout facility managers’ careers.

As of today, fm.training hosts IFMA’s world-class line of credentials, including the must-have Facility Management Professional™ (FMP®), the targeted Sustainability Facility Professional® (SFP®) and the Facility Management Learning System™, which covers the competencies tested on the Certified Facility Manager® (CFM®) Exam.

As the global FM community evolves to address the challenges of a global business environment, it is becoming more important than ever for individual FM professionals to objectively demonstrate knowledge and skills. More hiring managers are looking for and preferring candidates with professional credentials as proof of professional aptitude. This, in turn, gives FM professionals who have earned one or more credentials a competitive advantage in a volatile market.

The landmark collaboration between IFMA and RICS is working to advance the global FM community by offering the most comprehensive catalogue of professional development and credentialing in the world. For more on the IFMA-RICS collaboration, visit www.define.fm.
