Cole Paulson, Our presenter.

Cole Paulson, a UCF graduate and Regional Sales Manager, started at Barn Light in 2017 in the manufacturing facility, hand-crafting light fixtures by day and studying original RLM lighting by night. He worked through each department from the machine shop to the shipping area with a concentrated focus on learning the artisan porcelain enameling process of light fixtures. Eventually graduating into a sales position years later and utilizing his UCF degree, Cole is proud to educate designers, architects, and lighting professionals with a desire to learn, on the RLM style of lighting.
