ICFF® Studio Now Accepting Submissions for 2017

Emerging Design Professions Can Submit an Application Now Through January 15

ICFF®, North America’s largest and most prestigious series of design events for interiors in its 29th year, is now accepting submissions for the 12th annual ICFF Studio, a collaboration with Bernhardt Design that provides a platform for undiscovered design professionals to present new prototypes to the global design community. Studio designers participate in a juried design competition with selected winners receiving a coveted spot within the ICFF Studio pavilion at ICFF NYC 2017.

“ICFF Studio gives emerging design professionals a chance to showcase their undiscovered work to the global design community,” said Kevin O’Keefe, ICFF event director. “We’re especially proud of this program and our continued partnership with Bernhardt over the past 12 years.”

To be considered for ICFF Studio, a designer must have a working prototype that is not in commercial production. Entries are judged on design aesthetics, ability to be economically mass produced, marketability, and commercial viability. The deadline for submissions is January 15, 2017.

“ICFF Studio continues to launch careers, helping the design world discover the next generation of design professionals,” said Jerry Helling, president, Bernhardt Design. “The incredible partnership between ICFF and Bernhard Design has continued to evolve into what is now a leading program for emerging designers globally.”
